After tooling, injection molding is also a part of the product's foundation. Even with good tools, the product or project can not be successful without a consistent molding process. Consistent molding processes can be related to dimensions, appearance, and functions and more, but are the result of close attention to detail and well-maintained equipment. There are approximately 140 units of machinery used in the Goodway facility, ranging between 20 tons and 650 tons of weight. To ensure consistent production Goodway makes use of a systematic molding parameter setup process, which minimizes variance from production samples. Goodway also ensures that we have the capability to control consistency of production from log to log with CPK practice.
